Welcome! I’m thrilled to have you here. My name is Eryn, and I’m a 24-year-old yoga instructor based in Columbus, OH. I discovered yoga in high school and immediately fell in love with it. By 2020, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at CorePower Yoga. During this training, I was introduced to Ayurveda, which resonated deeply with me. I began incorporating simple daily lifestyle changes, and continuing practices I had instinctively adopted before learning about Ayurveda.

I began teaching at PeaceCore Studio in Akron, OH, where I spent two fulfilling years, and I’ve been with Engage Higher Degree Fitness for over four years. In 2023, my love for yoga deepened like never before. As I taught and practiced more, I experienced profound healing for my mind. This journey led me back to Ayurveda, prompting a transformative trip to Costa Rica to earn a 50-hour certification. I've always dreamed of having my own yoga studio to have the opportunity to share this practice with you all.
